Summary

This study looks at how the drug saruparib is absorbed, distributed, broken down, and removed from the body in 8 people with advanced solid tumors. Participants receive a single oral dose and a single IV dose with a tiny radioactive tracer to track the drug. The goal is to understand the drug's behavior, not to treat the cancer.
