Summary
This study aims to understand how often and when muscle loss occurs in women with advanced ovarian cancer who cannot have immediate surgery. Researchers will measure muscle mass using CT scans before and during chemotherapy in 25 patients. The goal is to gather information that could help improve future care plans by combining these measurements with nutritional support and exercise guidance.
