Summary

This study looked at whether adding aerobic exercise before strength training helps older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) build more muscle. Fourteen participants completed the trial, which measured changes in muscle blood vessels and size. The goal was to see if better blood flow could improve strength training results.
