Summary

This study is testing a new way to deliver chemotherapy directly to sarcoma tumors using tiny particles activated by light through a fiber optic cable. Researchers will work with cells and tissue samples from 30 patients aged 0 to 85 who are having surgery or a biopsy. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard chemotherapy, with the hope of one day treating inoperable tumors or cancer that has spread.
