Summary
This study aims to understand how surgery for soft tissue sarcoma in the leg affects physical function and quality of life in patients aged 70 and older. Researchers will follow 100 patients for three years after their surgery, collecting information about their mobility, daily activities, and overall well-being. The goal is to identify factors that predict how well older patients recover and maintain their independence after cancer treatment.
