Summary

This trial is testing if giving six cycles of chemotherapy before surgery works better than the standard three cycles for patients with high-risk, non-metastatic soft-tissue sarcoma. The goal is to see if the extra treatment can better prevent the cancer from spreading to other parts of the body. It is a large, Phase 3 study that will compare the two approaches in about 351 participants.
