Scientists hunt for clues to match sarcoma patients with treatment
NCT ID NCT04008238
Summary
This study aimed to find biological markers that could predict which patients with advanced soft-tissue sarcoma would respond well to the drug trabectedin. Researchers collected tumor and blood samples from 29 adult patients before, during, and after treatment to analyze their genetic and immune profiles. The goal was to gather knowledge to help doctors better match future patients with this treatment.
