Genetic clues could guide sarcoma chemo decisions

Summary
This study aims to validate a genetic test called CINSARC to see if it can predict how well patients with soft-tissue sarcoma will respond to chemotherapy and their long-term outcomes. It will observe about 205 adults with non-metastatic sarcoma who are scheduled to receive chemotherapy before surgery. The main goal is to gather knowledge to potentially improve future treatment decisions, not to test a new treatment itself.
