Summary
This study aims to better understand systemic granulomatosis, a group of inflammatory diseases like sarcoidosis. Researchers will follow 150 patients at a single hospital for up to 10 years to track how their disease changes over time. The main goal is to collect detailed health information and store blood and urine samples to create a resource for future research into causes and treatments.
