Better needle for sarcoidosis diagnosis?

Summary

This study tests two different needles used during a lung ultrasound procedure to collect tissue samples from swollen lymph nodes. The goal is to see which needle gives better samples for diagnosing sarcoidosis, a disease that causes inflammation. About 128 adults with suspected sarcoidosis will take part.
