Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug, SAR442085, in 37 adults with multiple myeloma that had returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals were to find the safest dose and see if the drug could shrink tumors. While the drug aims to control the disease, it is not a cure, and patients may need ongoing therapy.
