Summary

This study tested a new medicine called SAR441344 in 84 adults with primary Sjögren's syndrome, a condition causing dry eyes, dry mouth, and fatigue. Participants received either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug reduces disease activity and improves symptoms like tiredness. The trial is complete, and results will show if the drug is safe and effective.
