Shorter radiation schedules may ease breast cancer treatment burden

Summary

This study tests whether shorter courses of radiation to the lymph nodes are safe and effective for people with breast cancer who have had surgery. About 768 participants will receive either standard or shorter radiation schedules. The goal is to reduce side effects while still preventing cancer from coming back.
