Summary
This study looked at whether doing jump and sprint exercises on sand or a hard surface makes a difference in performance, balance, and muscle soreness. 57 active young men trained three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers measured jumps, sprints, balance, and soreness to see which surface worked better.
