First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether planning and delivering radiation for brain metastases on the same day can better target the tumor. It involves 60 adults with fast-growing brain tumors. Participants get radiation with either a standard or smaller safety margin, and scans are repeated if treatment is delayed. The goal is to see if same-day planning reduces the chance of missing the tumor.
