Summary

This study is for adults with brain metastases that are growing quickly. It tests whether doing radiation planning and treatment on the same day can better target the tumors. Participants will get either a standard or a tighter radiation margin. The goal is to see if same-day planning helps the radiation hit the tumor more accurately.
