Summary
This study is testing whether patients with uncomplicated appendicitis can safely go home the same day after surgery instead of staying in the hospital. It will compare the safety, recovery, and costs of outpatient care against the standard hospital stay. The goal is to free up hospital beds and see if patients recover just as well at home.
