Summary

This study looks at whether moderate aerobic exercise can help people with persistent asthma breathe better and feel better. Researchers will measure changes in exercise capacity, quality of life, asthma symptoms, and inflammation after 3 months of training. The goal is to see if adding exercise to standard treatment improves overall asthma management.
