Exercise as medicine? new study tests aerobic training for severe asthma

Summary

This study looks at whether moderate aerobic exercise can improve fitness, quality of life, and asthma symptoms in adults with persistent asthma. About 100 participants will follow a supervised exercise program for 3 months. The goal is to see if exercise can be a helpful addition to standard asthma treatments.
