Summary
This study is testing whether using a potassium-enriched salt substitute instead of regular table salt can help protect kidney function in people who have had surgery to remove a kidney tumor. Researchers will follow 200 patients for one year, comparing those who use the special salt to those who use regular salt. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can slow kidney function decline after surgery.
