Summary
This study is developing and testing a new questionnaire called EvalSel to measure how much salt patients eat. It will be used with hospitalized patients who have high blood pressure or kidney problems, as well as some healthy volunteers. The goal is to create a quick, accurate tool that helps doctors identify dietary issues and refer patients to dietitians when needed.
