Summary
This study aimed to see if a dietary supplement made from unrefined salmon oil could help people with COPD. Researchers wanted to find out if the supplement could reduce harmful inflammation in the lungs and lower a specific blood marker linked to heart disease. The trial was designed for adults with COPD but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
