Summary

This study tests if a simple salivary gland massage can help older adults with dry mouth, chewing, and swallowing. 108 people aged 65+ from community centers in Taiwan will either learn the massage or receive a leaflet on oral care. Researchers will measure saliva flow and mouth moisture to see if the massage improves oral health and quality of life.
