Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing drugs can help control advanced salivary gland cancer. It is for adults whose cancer has come back after treatment or has spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if the combination of a chemotherapy drug (pemetrexed) and an immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab) can stop or slow the cancer's growth.
