Spit test may predict your gum disease future
NCT ID NCT07167771
Summary
This study aims to find out if measuring certain substances in saliva can predict a person's gum health two years later. Researchers will follow 100 adults, some with healthy gums and some with gum disease, checking their health and collecting saliva samples over two years. The goal is to see if the saliva test can reliably forecast who might develop or worsen gum problems.
