New radiation technique aims to save cancer Patients' saliva

Summary

This study tests a new daily adaptive radiotherapy (ART) approach for head and neck cancer patients to see if it can better protect the submandibular glands, which produce saliva. About 50 participants will receive either standard radiation or the new ART method. The goal is to reduce dry mouth and improve quality of life after treatment.
