Flush or not? study questions routine nephrostomy tube care

Summary
This study looks at whether regularly flushing a nephrostomy tube with salt water (saline) helps prevent it from getting blocked. About 20 people who have or will get a nephrostomy tube will be randomly assigned to either flush the tube routinely or not. Researchers will compare how often blockages happen over 3 months to see if flushing is necessary.
