Summary
This study is testing whether tiny, dissolvable beads called SakuraBead are safe and effective for reducing heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. It will compare the beads to standard shockwave therapy in about 45 adults. The goal is to see if this new procedure provides better or longer-lasting pain relief over a 6-month period.
