Can sailing therapy help young people with rare bone diseases move and feel better?
NCT ID NCT07102875
Summary
This small pilot study is testing if a rehab program that mixes sailing therapy with follow-up home exercises is safe, doable, and helpful for young people (ages 12-30) with rare bone disorders. It compares this combined approach to a home-exercise-only program. The main goals are to see if participants can stick with the program and if it's safe, while also checking for changes in movement, pain, and quality of life.
