Summary
This study tests whether a nurse-led community sailing program can improve resilience, self-esteem, and social functioning in school-aged children with autism. 184 children aged 7-12 will either take part in a 6-day sailing program or do crafting activities. Researchers will compare changes in resilience, mood, and quality of life right after the program and at 3 and 9 months later.
