First seen Nov 28, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether combining a 5-day sailing therapy program with a 3-month home telerehabilitation plan is safe and doable for 24 young people (ages 12–30) with rare skeletal disorders. Participants were randomly assigned to either the sailing-plus-telerehab group or a telerehab-only group. The goal was to see if the program helps improve movement, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
