Virtual nurse and game exercises aim to fight frailty in seniors
NCT ID NCT05371210
Summary
This study tested a personalized system called SAIF, designed to help older adults reduce their risk of becoming frail. It used virtual support, exercise kiosks with games, and health advice. Researchers compared 105 participants using the SAIF system for 4 months to a group that did not use it, to see if it improved strength, balance, and overall physical function.
