Summary
This study looks at whether Sahrmann's exercises can help adults with neck pain caused by poor posture. 54 people aged 20-40 with moderate neck pain will do targeted exercises to improve head and neck alignment. The goal is to reduce pain, increase movement, and improve daily function.
