Summary

This early-stage trial tested the safety of a new drug called THB335 in 60 healthy adults. Participants received either the drug or a placebo in single or multiple doses, and researchers monitored side effects and how the drug moved through the body. Since this is a Phase 1 study in healthy people, there is no direct treatment benefit; the goal is to gather safety and dosing information for future research.
