Summary
This study looked at the safety of the heart failure drug sacubitril/valsartan in Japanese children under 18 who had already finished a previous study. The goal was to collect more safety information and give these children access to the drug until a child-friendly version is available in Japan. Only 8 children took part, and the main focus was tracking any side effects.
