NCT ID NCT06408311

Summary

This is an early safety study testing a new device called ENC-201-CED. It is designed to protect insulin-producing cells (islets) after they are transplanted under the skin in people with Type 1 diabetes. The main goal is to see if the device is safe and well-tolerated in 10 participants who are already scheduled to receive a standard islet cell transplant.
