Summary

This study looks at whether slowly increasing the dose of the sleep medicine propofol based on each patient's needs can keep blood pressure more stable than the usual one-size-fits-all starting dose. It involves 320 adults aged 55 and older having planned non-heart surgery. The goal is to reduce the risk of low blood pressure, which can cause complications.
