Summary

This study tests a 6-month remote support program called Pathfinding for active-duty soldiers recently discharged from psychiatric hospital care. The goal is to see if Pathfinding, added to standard care, reduces suicidal behavior compared to standard care alone. About 1,500 soldiers across the U.S. will take part, with follow-ups at 6 and 12 months.
