Summary
This study tested a safe early mobilization protocol for 60 patients who had coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The intervention group followed a step-by-step plan of moving, breathing exercises, and walking starting the day of surgery, while the control group received standard care. The goal was to see if early movement could improve oxygen levels, reduce dizziness, lower anxiety, and shorten hospital stays.
