Summary

This study looks at how a medicine called sacubitril/valsartan affects the heart's ability to relax and fill with blood in people who have heart failure with reduced pumping strength. About 70 participants will take the drug for six months and have heart ultrasounds to measure changes. The goal is to see if the medicine improves heart function and overall health.
