Spinal tumor showdown: surgery vs. radiation in new trial

Summary
This study compares two standard treatments—surgery and radiation therapy—for people with a rare spinal tumor called sacral chordoma that hasn't spread. About 100 adults will be assigned to one of the two treatments to see which better prevents the tumor from coming back or spreading. The goal is to find the best approach to control the disease and improve survival.
