First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study compares stimulating the sacral nerve on both sides versus one side to treat neurogenic bladder, a condition causing bladder control problems due to nerve damage. About 29 adults with incomplete nerve injury will be randomly assigned to receive either bilateral or unilateral test stimulation. The goal is to see if bilateral stimulation improves symptoms like frequent urination and incontinence more effectively.
