Zapping nerves to stop double leaks: new hope for embarrassing condition
NCT ID NCT07212387
Summary
This study is testing whether a small nerve stimulation device, already used for separate bowel or bladder problems, can help women who suffer from both types of leakage at the same time. It will involve up to 30 women who haven't been helped by basic treatments like diet or physical therapy. Participants will first get a temporary stimulator to test if it works; if it helps significantly, they can get a permanent one implanted.
