Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (sacituzumab tirumotecan and furmonertinib) in 45 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene mutation (EGFR) and has stopped responding to the first treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and how long the benefit lasts.
