Summary

This study tests a new drug, sacituzumab tirumotecan, in 38 people with advanced thymic epithelial tumors that have worsened after at least one prior treatment. The drug is an antibody-drug conjugate designed to target and kill cancer cells. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease.
