Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, carilizumab and albumin paclitaxel, as a second treatment for people with advanced stomach cancer. It includes 40 adults aged 18-75 who have already tried one prior treatment, with or without immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this combo can slow cancer growth and improve survival.
