Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and berzosertib, in adults with small cell lung cancer or certain resistant cancers. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combo can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drugs by vein twice per cycle and are monitored with scans and blood tests.
