Summary

This study tested whether a supplement called Sabroxy™, made from the Oroxylum indicum tree, could improve memory and thinking in adults aged 60-85 with mild cognitive concerns. About 70 participants took either Sabroxy™ or a placebo twice daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in cognitive tests and a blood protein linked to brain health (BDNF) to see if the supplement helped.
