Herbal extract tested to boost aging brains
NCT ID NCT07189754
Summary
This study tested whether a herbal extract called Sabroxy™ could improve memory, focus, and overall thinking skills in older adults who reported mild problems with their cognition. About 70 participants, aged 60-85, took either Sabroxy™ or a placebo pill twice daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in cognitive test scores and a brain health protein in the blood to see if the supplement was helpful.
