Summary
This is an early safety study for a new injection called SA1211. It aims to see if the shot is safe, how the body processes it, and if it shows any early signs of helping people with chronic hepatitis B. The study will involve 80 people, including healthy volunteers and those with hepatitis B, who will receive either the real injection or a placebo.
