New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called S-531011, alone or with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 282 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
